Return and Exchange Policy

Items are eligible to be returned and exchanged within 30 days of receiving your items(except selected items). 
Exchange are limited to following circumstance:​

• Items have manufacturing defects;
• Color and design of items are not consistent with the description on the website;
• Items are purchased in wrong size or dosen't fit.

• Return and exchange should be done within 30 days of you receiving your items .
• Items of return and exchange should be in same model and color.
• Items should be in brand new, undamaged, clean, uninstalled, and resalable condition.
• All parts and components are included, including attaching gears and documentation.
• Items should be in their original packaging.
• Items should not be used and modified.
• Each item can only be returned and exchanged for once.
• Items sold on Cotima's web store. (www.cotima.com)
• Items cannot be refunded.

Return and Exchange Process:

1. Please contact us with your order code.  
2. Fill in items you want to exchange.(Same model ONLY.) 
3. To confirm your exchange order, you will received advice by email, or over tele-conversation with return reference code.
4. Deliver the items via S.F. Express. Fill in waybill the return reference code and designated return address.
5. Return shipping charge is waived ONLY via S.F. Express. (You have to pay for using other couriers)
6. The new exchange item will be sent to delivery address on the original order.
